| - How can I reserve a room? |
| To reserve your room, please first check hotel availability for your proposed dates using the on-line reservation system. Next choose the type of room desired and complete the reservation form. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your reservation. |

| - What time are check-in and check-out? |
| For most hotels, check-in is after 2 p.m. and check-out is by noon. |

| - Can I choose the type of bed in my room (one king or two doubles etc.)? |
| Please specify the type of bed you would like in the [comments] section of the form at the time of reservation. |

| - How can I modify my reservation? |
| First, make another reservation, next please send us the reference numbers for both reservations to contact@parisreferencement.com and we will credit you the deposit for your first reservation. |

| - How can I cancel my reservation? |
| You will receive an e-mail confirmation once you complete your reservation on our on-line system. This confirmation will contain a reference number for your reservation as well as a link for cancellation. To cancel your reservation, click on this link or visit our site at: http://www.secure-hotel-booking.com/RatesBooking-Com/2LB5/retrieve?lang=FR and enter your reference number. You will not be able to cancel your reservation unless it is within the time frame set out in the cancellation policy (please see your confirmation message). |
